Product Mix-up, June 2, 2012 By Jason N Hunsberger (Livermore, CA United States) - See all my reviews This review is from: Steelcase Leap Leather Chair, Camel (Misc.) I ordered this last month and the chair I received, while very nice and comfortable, did not come with the polished aluminum highlights as shown in the picture. I have been working with customer service and received a replacement chair, but it too did not have the highlights. We are still working on it. They are apparently doing an investigation into the matter. I'm hoping that it is simply a stocking mix-up rather than being an incorrect image. I will follow-up once the I have more to share.
