Quality, Features, Price = Perfect., December 2, 2009 By I bought this chair a few days ago and just got it via UPS.
They emailed me confirming my order, UPS emailed me with tracking information,
UPS even emailed me again to let me know it was delivered. Told me exactly where
the driver dropped my package off, what time, yadda-yadda. As if I didn't know.
Anyways, I received the package, along with another package I ordered from elsewhere.
I opened the box, took everything out, and went to put it all together, and there
was no bolts! I called biz-chair. I was on the phone with someone within 3 minutes.
The lady said, can you please flip the chair over and see if the bolts are in the
back of the chair? The chair was black, the bolts are black, oops my bad. lol.
Ok, so the bolts are screwed in the holes in the back of the chair everyone. Don't
freak out for 15 minutes like I did just to feel stupid later when you realize the bolts
been there the whole time. So, I unscrew the bolts... Read more
Low quality product, June 3, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Flash Furniture BT-662-BK-GG Mid-Back Multi-Functional Black Fabric Swivel Computer Chair (Misc.) I purchased this item, because it is multifunctional and I was gonna be able to adjust the seat for my back.
Everything works fine with the chair, but it is made of very low quality parts. The back part is okay and has a good lumbar support. But the seat part makes no sense. It has got almost no cushion in the middle and it hurted me the first day I used it. I do not understand why the manufacturer put cushion in the back but not to the seat. It should be the most comfortable part. Now I will have to purchase additional seat cushion and I definitely do not recommend this product.
