Product is sturdy and comfortable. I have been using a Herman Miller in the office. This chair comes decently close to the comfort and ease of use of a Herman Miller. The only con is that this chair does not have independent base tilt adjustment.
Update: Within a week of use, the staple pins started coming off the back one by one. The back is becoming unusable now. I did not want to dismantle to return, so contacted the manufacturer directly for a replacement of the part (back) in the first week of use. They have been promising to send the replacement back for the past 3 months, over several reminders, but the part is not in yet. I will post an update if I get the part replaced.
Update: After 9 months of repeated emails, I got a replacement back. They have changed the design - maybe there were several complaints like this. But, the problem is, the replacement I received a Mid-Back back... 3 Stars..
