I bought this exact same chair but with a grey color. It looked very pretty and the price was fair, but unfortunately it was *extremely* uncomfortable. The Mesh back support is very upright and cannot be adjusted. Furthermore, it has a height-adjustable "cushion" (you can see it in the picture, on the back support, black) that is more a bother than anything else.
I'd say, if you are going to sit on your work or computer chair for hours, better TRY it before buying it. I've learned my lesson.
Cross Country Furniture DID have a very efficient customer service... they allowed me to return the chair after more than two months and I got a refund (full price -15% "restocking fee" -shipping both ways, and disassembling the thing to return it in the same box was a quite difficult and time consuming...)

I ordered this item because it looks nice in the picture. I got it quickly and it was easy to assemble. However, it's not easy to to adjust the height. Besides, seems to me tilt control does not work at all. I am disappointed.
