I knew what I was looking for and about how much I was gonna spend. Looked at a few other chairs, but went with this one. Gotta say I like it. Like the style. Pretty easy to put together. It's got enough ways to adjust that you should be able to make yourself relatively comfortable. It might not feel that sturdy at first, but but it seems to be a solid chair. I'm no lightweight and it's held up well since I got it two months ago. Not bad for 195.
Took one star off for the padding on the seat. Would've liked a little more.

It is very uncomfortable for me. It has an intense lumbar support that gets me in the lower back no matter what setting I put it in. The arms are shaky too-especially in the wide setting. I am returning it although I dread having to take apart the whole things, repack it, and send it back to Amazon. I'm very dissapointed to say the least.

I had been suffering with a chair bought five years ago which was great at the time, but, due to some mechanical problems, became more of a liability, especially to my back.
My wife is very "interior design conscious" and so one of those big, cushioned, managing director-type chairs would not be well received. I am not a fan of mesh chairs. They seem too faddish, and the mesh appears vulnerable. But when I came across this chair from Boss, I knew that I had come close to meeting all required criteria. Comfortably cushioned, leather, full range of movements and adjustments, in a shape that was not a typical desk chair, and which blended well with our home environment. The price was great, too - less than $200 including very fast shipping.
