It's alright, November 17, 2011 By This review is from: LA robe Club MBP15 Black/Safran (Personal Computers) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) Nothing stellar but not too shabby although way overpriced in my book. To me this is actually a mere step up from those basic sleeves for other products like netbooks that are similar to wetsuits...of course, the bonus in this product is that it is semi-rigid.
I don't use anything for Apple or Mac but this sleeve has provided my Amazon Kindle and HP Touchpad an extra level of protection and I often use it as a lap pad when I am using the two. Good quality construction that can do itself a favor by not being Apple centric but again way too overpriced for just being a sleeve, which is what it is. For reference I am comparing this product to this product (about $8 cheaper at time of review): [..]
Very nice laptop sleeve, September 3, 2011 By This review is from: LA robe Club MBP15 Black/Safran (Personal Computers) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) This sleeve is very well constructed. It is semi-rigid in its construction and offers some degree of protection for the device you place in it. Do be sure to measure your device if it is not an Apple 15" MacBook. I like the material on the inside, nothing scratchy in there. Well made...
Excellent MacBook Sleeve!, May 9, 2011 By Mainiac (Portland, Maine, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: LA robe Club MBP15 Black/Safran (Personal Computers) Customer review from the Amazon Vine™ Program ( What's this?) This sleeve is sized perfectly for a MacBook Pro, and provides great protection. It's well made and good looking. I like it very much.
Pros:
1. perfectly sized for MacBook Pro, which slides in and out easily.
2. Well cushioned (about 1/4" thick)
3. Sleek.
4. Handy stretchy pockets at the sides
Cons:
1. I got nothing. I think this is perfect for a sleeve.
